I have a fascination for progression, and here I have captured the progression of movements. I was inspired by the hand movements involved in changing tools—pencil to ruler to eraser—and the slight differences in angles and positions between transitions.

The drawing process itself was a metacognitive one, as I had never thought to observe my patterns in drawing. The natural choreography that emerged was a beautiful discovery for me—one that I didn’t expect to see but helped me learn more about the process that I engage in for creation.
